X-19A is an easy to use spray lubricant for use in the home or in industrial applications. It has a higher viscosity than traditional spray lubricants, creating a unique, non-drip product that stays where you spray (even overhead). Since it bonds and clings to metal surfaces, it is also an excellent corrosion preventative spray. It prevents corrosion on any metal, new or old, and prevents future corrosion for months.

X-19A spray also actively penetrates through heavy rust and into seams, down to the fresh metal. Oxygen and moisture cannot reach the metal, so corrosion is stopped.

What Makes Us Different?

Thixotropic Bonding makes it different. This is a chemical bonding, which occurs due to the unique properties of X-19A. A chemical reaction occurs, which opens the pores of the metal, thus allowing other components to seal the pores. This prevents oxidation; therefore, all rust and corrosion are halted.

X-19A will not wash off with water or even a standard pressure washer. But, if required, it removes easily with mineral spirits or steam. The formula will not allow condensation, salt, water, fertilizer, or battery acid to penetrate its protection. X-19A coating remains flexible throughout it's life, keeping surfaces protected and chains/bolts lubricated. The formula is designed to actively penetrate seams from any angle. Special bonding of X-19A won’t allow the product to drip, so the carrier system will cling to any surface and deeply penetrate overhead and vertical seams.

Different Applications

	Buses and Emergency Equipment: Spray inside steel frames to prevent corrosion on interior welds. Lubricates and stays on handicap lift chains. Seals and protects wire connections.
	Municipalities: Stops rust during seasonal storage of equipment, including salt spreaders and fertilizer equipment. Penetrates and frees heavily rusted chains and bolts. It is a long lasting chain lubricant and protectant.
	Agriculture: Lubricates, protects and stays in place on roller and combine chains. Stops rust on equipment, protects between seasons; unaffected by fertilizer, urine or chlorine wash-down.
	Steel Fabricating: Protects bare steel (plate and coil) in worldwide transport and storage. X-19A provides a higher degree or protection against corrosion than traditional oils and can be easily and completely removed.
	Marine: Apply to salt water engines once a season, not once a week. Prevents rust inside trailer frames, on electrical connections, linkages and engine brackets, hitches and davit winches.
